Wow, this is actually a relatively odd bunch. Funny bones were working overtime last night, it seems so I’ll just get in a start.

CAD has finally gotten to that oh-so-important issue- how will they explain to their friends that they are, in fact, already married? The decision that was made is that they won’t. Lilah has decided that they’ll simply have another wedding with all of their friends and family so that they can be a part of the joyous occassion. This time, at least. Personally, I think it’s more likely for Ethan to blow the whole thing in a single glorious screw-up. In the meantime, he is using props to help him study for learning how to run a business- a futile attempt it seems, since he puts aside his “Business for Dummies” book in exchange for a “Business for Dummies for Dummies” book.

Girly is simply… strange. Er. StrangER than usual. The new girl on the scene is viciously attacking Winter with Winter’s own oddity and explaining its history. And in other news- Albatross.

Irregular Webcomic seems to just be cycling through all of the different casts to show each different reaction to the whole “world ending” thing. Today it’s the martians, who assume that it was the earth boy’s doing just to foil them. And then the punchline comes. Of course, it’s not very funny unless you know the history of it.

Misfile… yeah, still confused. Naked and nude are two positions that I will choose not to strain my mind to understand, thank you very much.

Order of the Stick was enjoyable. Vaarsuvius grabs and evicts a pest on his island. And it occurs to me how unique some of his spells are. I mean, what other wizard knows “Bugsby’s Expressive Single Digit”?

Last and, yes, probably among the least, is SMBC. A hooker comes up to a guy and tells him that she will do things that his girlfriend won’t. She has the guy make a list of things that his girlfriend will do, but she is disgusted by the list. What did the guy write down? Check out the votey yourself.

It’s not often that I start out so far down the list, but whatever. Thursday update is here and decent.

Irregular Webcomic featured the Mythbusters pair, which is always amusing because of the way the writer so heavily stereotypes them. Their mission? Attempt to prove the myth that the universe was created in seven days.

For Misfile, all I really have to say is: “Yeah, me too.” What really is the difference between naked and nude? Doubtless, Missie will explain it next page, though. In the meantime- Ash’s confused face is so amusing.

SMBC was amusing. Atheist Hell, where the devil provides bad arguments for why he exists! MWAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHA *starts coughing*

Something Positive was kind of funny, and by my best guess, Jason is going to go to the therapist, if only out of guilt. I mean, if Aubrey had actually tried to force him, then he’d be able to fight back. Now he wants to fight back, but there’s nothing to fight back against.

S*P 1938 actually updated today, something I don’t think I’ve ever personally seen. Babies and alligators. The idea of the combination amuses me.

Sorry about the last-minute update. I had stuff to do this morning and kind of put it off until now. So, without further ado, here are the summaries.

The Sillies were a lot easier to go through than they usually are, since there were fewer of them. The first two were annoying, although they were connected. Lucas mentions that bald people travel through time easier. Ethan shaves his head. Yawn. And then with the third one, it improves. Mostly because it features my favorite Silly character- Death, who takes pleasure in messing with us mortals.

There always seems to be such a rush to get comics in on Monday. Perhaps it’s just because since Sunday is the day where there’s nothing to do, that’s when artists spend their time working. Anyways, that still means that there are seven total updates today, so I’m just going to get started.

Ctrl-Alt-Del continues to mock me, with its non-stop stalling. Although, since the mini-comic is done with this last chapter, anything else has to be an improvement, and it is. It involves beer and games in one of the finest traditions of CAD glory.

Irregular Webcomic was okay. I’m not sure if many people gave the same chuckle as me when… the space panther (can’t remember the name) claimed that he didn’t want to be dead. Yeah, and I don’t want to be poor. Some things, you just have to live with. Or not, conversely.

Misfile has moved into a whole new setting that we haven’t seen a lot of- Heaven. The page is pretty much all business, but it looks like Cassiel- I think that that’s right- is seriously becoming a lapdog for this higher-up angel. With all her time taken up, though, how is she going to make Rumisiel’s life hell?

No Need for Bushido gave its promised update, but sadly I don’t understand it at all. I don’t understand what thoughts are going through their heads, so the only way to know what they’re planning is to wait another week for the next update. Or kidnap the writer and commence torturing….

SMBC is still making a rise in its humor. Chicken, that game of fun and fear, adapted for flight. BOOM!

Something Positive was good, in that it desribed the inauguration ceremony. Like Davan, I’ve never seen one before, but I can’t say that I believe the description to be inaccurate. Although, I think that Davan was being far too naive, especially considering earlier comments he has made on the political system, most specifically involving the actual election process.

The Noob Comic… involved a giant Christmas yeti. It wasn’t very funny, and it wasn’t very good. It just happened. We can move on now, right?

So, yeah, it’s another slooow Sunday. I’ve never liked Sundays. Even if there’s something to do, I never feel like I have the motivation to do it. That seems to have changed today, oddly. I hardly played computer games at all before getting to this.

Irregular Webcomic was good today. After his unexpected repromotion, Insanely Overpowered Fireballs asks his fellow Deaths for help in processing everybody who has ever lived. However, since EVERYBODY died in an insanely overpowered fireball, the Deaths (or Choking On a Giant Frog, at least, who happens to have a rivalry with IOF) refuse to help.

Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal was quite a bit better today than it usually is. With all the super-powered vision that Superman has, finally the curtain is pulled up- he does have trouble seeing things when they’re really close up! -expressions of generalized shock go here-

Okay, I’m doing my absolute best now to catch up. However, I’m only going to talk about the most recent updates of these comics, so just good luck on filling everything else in.

Girly seems to be based around the idea that a good portion of society is addicted to television. The artificial sidekicks, now, seem to have the same fault, but to a greater extent. Their obsession can, in fact, cause them to explode, a fact which the girls seem to be working towards their advantage.

Irregular Webcomic was a little bit odd. There was something in their about twisting time, but it’s just too early for me to find disrupting space-time funny.

I’m pretty sure that this Misfile is from yesterday, but so be it. It seems that Emily is enjoying her college tour trip about as much as she expected to. However, since she didn’t expect to enjoy it at all, that’s not really a good thing.

And now a new Order of the Stick. The camera is back on Vaarsuvius, who is having guilt issues. In Azure City, he used his last spell, Invisibility, in order to escape. However, when a group of Azure City soldiers discovers him, they stop to plead for his help and are slaughtered by the hobgoblins. V stops trancing at this point and decides to do his eight hours of rest doing something both useful and undemanding- reading a “For Dummies” book.

SMBC features… a cannibalism joke. Really not all that funny, and not much to say about it.

Something Positive has done something especially interesting today. Instead of just one comic, the artist has put up two entirely different comics, but with the same artwork. The first is actually relevant to the plot, while the other is just some stupid popular culture thing. However, BOTH are funny, and even the way in which it is explained what’s going on with the pair of them is funny.

Once again, it looks like I’ve popped in on this a bit too early. Only two updated comics, although there are other comics that I expected to update today. Again, I’ll fix up the list once I wake up.

Ctrl-Alt-Del was actually pretty amusing, despite the fact that it’s still continuing that annoying mini-comic. It used the basic theme of the mini-comic and combined itself with one of the classic gags- the dream alarm. How will Ethan keep from trashing the ship and killing himself in the process? Who knows. As far as I’m concerned, despite the recent improvements, the sooner this thing’s over and done with, the better.

Something Positive actually had a serious point, shockingly enough, despite the writer hiding it behind a few consequetive jokes. It’s the kind of dialogue writing that I hope to be able to do someday, personally. Something seriously meaningful, but without boring people to tears.
