Well, it looks like I don’t have much to go through today. Unless I made some monumental mistake, there are only three webcomics that updated, and two of them are dailies.

First of three is Irregular Webcomic. Just like I said, Will has gotten to meet Miss Hermione Granger. However, he has: 1. failed to confess his “love” for her, and the artist has: 2. Expanded on the idea of how famous people will be treated in the afterlife. I rather liked it.

Second now is almost all the way down the list- SMBC. I think the man that’s talking is assuming that there’s one gay man on the lifeboat between 1 in 10 men is gay. However, as his crewmate tells him, stats just don’t work like that. Every individual man has a ten percent chance of being gay. I also liked Zack’s “letter”, but not as much as the comic. And if I have to use more than two layers of thought on a one-panel comic, it’s not a particularly fabulous comic anyways.

Last of all today is Something Positive. Peejee is the only person that passed the sexual harrassment test. After all, after spending so much time with Aubrey, she’s bound to know a lot about it. However, it looks like the sexual harrassment speaker is one hell of a hypocrite. Who now needs a new shirt. Sadly, I fear Peejee is going to avoid the woman’s “subtle” approach. I guess the only way to really know is to keep reading, though.

For the information of whoever checks this out, I will not necessarily be restricted to this list. Simply give the name and perhaps the link of whatever webcomic you want me to look at, and depending on what’s going on in my life and the length of the comic archive, I should be recording its updates within a week.

Alright, so somehow this closed when I was in the middle of it, which annoys me considerably. I really dislike having to rewrite things, so I beg your pardon if the first few (up to and including Girly) seem a little bit rushed. One thing that I do feel I have to mention is the additionof Ryuujin Rising Comics. That’s not its official name, but there’s three comics in there, so I just ran with it.

Ctrl-Alt-Del I enjoyed just because the heavy implications. Zeke’s looking for revenge, but I hope he remembers that humans aren’t put back together quite as easily as he was.

Erfworld does not support a belief in Michael Jackson. That line alone beat out the entire actual comic.

I didn’t like Girly much. Too bland, and I think there was a joke in there that I just didn’t pick up on.

Ah, another one of the running joke of Lambert’s hobbitual puns. And it was a pretty good one, too.

Alright, after several rereads, I finally get the Luke Surl comic. The guy gets angry at his girlfriend for getting him a “three month” anniversary present when anniversary’s are an annual occassion. Too bad “three months” is as long as that relationship is gonna last, though.

In Misfile, Emily is back home, and with a story that I can agree with. If somebody’s crying, or screaming at you, or whatever, then at least you know what’s on their mind. Silence is the worst. It leaves you just wondering how much damage there is.

In SMBC, the nun- sworn to celibacy, in case you didn’t know- is asking her students where the male genitalia is for her date. With a priest, it looks like, who is also sworn to celibacy. Not all that funny, really.

Something Positive is simply too big for me to put a short comment on it. For me, at least, it approaches sexual harrassment from so many different levels, some of which I can’t rightly explain. Or maybe I’m just still groggy.

I don’t drink coffee, so I don’t know what’s up with Biff’s “test” of his cafe mocha.

Union of Heroes has another webcomic. And I think that the one thing that really makes it worth reading is the commentary from The One Who Knows.

Alright, due to an uncomfortable sleeping positino, I’m up even earlier than usual to work on this. And it looks like I got another new comic while I was sleeping- Epic Fail, which seems to be fantasy related. Possibly D&D, but I’m not sure yet.

First up on today’s list is Girly, where the curtain is pulled back and we learn the evil sidekick’s greatest weakness! It is LOVE!… and I’m not certain whether I should laugh or gag myself. And I’m also uncertain about whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing.

Alright, Irregular Webcomic. Seven days have passed without me noticing, but the mythbuster’s crew certainly has. However, they have apparantly disproved the myth that the universe was created in seven days. (And they seemed so positive about it, too) So now, they’re considering a different approach, by which the universe might also be created- The Big Bang. Is this the prelude to everyone in Death’s Realm dying of another insanely overpowered fireball? I suppose we’ll see.

Misfile is on again today, but for some reason, this stupid computer refuses to show it to me…. Emily’s having a big fight with her mom about the whole college thing, and then… yeah, if anything else happens, I’ll let you know when this thing starts cooperating.

Alright, my first recorded update on Mysteries of the Arcana. The elven maiden has been saved, and unless my eyes have mistaken me, there is somehow a deep bond between the heroine and her now. That may be reminescent of the old “rescue by the brave knight to win the lady’s heart” theory. Oh, yeah, and I forgot about the comic as a whole. Personally, I think it will be a bit better once the writer has gotten some real dialogue in there. One person thinking to herself does not make a particularly interesting story, most of the time. But the art’s interesting and the setup is even moreso. Every page is set up similarly to a tarot card, with the title of the page at the bottom.

SMBC now… uh… beer hooker… yeah, I’m not saying more than that.

On S*P, it seems that Monette has finally slipped her adopted dad’s alzheiming memory. No, I don’t think that that’s actually a word. Funny because she’s crying (I really don’t like Monette much), and uncomfortable because I don’t think I’m supposed to find it funny.

Well, Biff just finished a date, and besides wondering what kind of girl is openminded enough to date him, the main question to be asked is how a date ended with Biff suspended from the ceiling. Funny stuff, to say the least.

Wow, I’ve got a big list to go through this morning. Oh, yeah- and I’ve started getting up earlier. Just to do this. Yeah. THAT is how dedicated I am. And I’m also going to be paying closer attention to what I’m typing, too, since I had so many typos on that last page.

Ctrl-Alt-Del was funny. Lilah and Ethan are trying to set up a second wedding on a budget, since they’ve blown a good deal of their wedding money on the first one and the renovations for GameHaven. However, there seems to be one compromise that Ethan is not quite so willing to make. He was really looking forward to that cake.

CAD Sillies was very heavy on the Church of Gaming shtick, in homage to Winter-een-mas. The first one seems a little naive. The second… I can’t disagree with.

I liked Irregular Webcomic today. The panther, whose name continues to escape me, points out that Paris is not longer a ghost. Really, though, everyone’s a ghost, so it seems like everyone’s normal. How that guy got onto the crew of a spaceship, I’ll never know.

This is my first Luke Surl update, and I have to say first and foremost that I rather enjoyed looking through the archives, especially the Shakespearean jokes, of which there were plenty. On today’s comic, it featured a knock-off of an old fairytale- The Boy Who Cried Wolves. However, I think it could have been improved by the wolves doing something other than just standing there. Doing something to make the boy cry, for example. After all, who doesn’t love a never-ending cycle?

Misfile has another update today, and it’s a good one. Now that it’s the second time around, Emily has opened her eyes to the fact that the colleges really aren’t all that interested in her, but in the money she’d have to pay to enroll there. Her mom, of course, doesn’t understand her daughter’s change of heart.

Order of the Stick was probably my favorite webcomic today, for one very simple reason. I like dragons. It’s one of my big preferences in life. Oh, yeah, and V is screwed. Thought I should mention that.

SMBC I didn’t get at all. How is burying a clown alive at all similar to burying a coin for good wealth? I mean, they have no value, right? (kidding on that last bit, of course)

It’s kind of interesting seeing someone’s argument backfire over something so stupid. Monette seems to have successfully argued that her girlfriend does pull her weight around the house, and even was given a task that she had not accomplished. But Hot Pockets? Seriously? I lived off of those for awhile, and now I hate them.

This is my first update of The Book of Biff as well, a webcomic that I had picked up awhile back and just stopped reading because I forgot about it. Biff is not in my daily vocabulary, so reminders never came up. Today’s comic wasn’t exactly funny, but it did make me jealous. I want that kind of service in a restaurant!

Last up on the list is another newcomer, Union of Heroes. It’s an extremely well-done photowebcomic about superheroes in Germany. I’ve gotten it, however, in the middle of a guest comic stream, which I will insist on commenting on regardless. Today’s guest comic gave a “modern” opinion on heroes. My response? Yes. Those are “heroes”. People to look up to, people that you want to be one day. “Superheroes” are the people that take on the things normal heroes cannot, which normal people can’t be one day. However, I have to admit that we seem to be doing alright without them.

Seems like I’ve got a bit to get through- and, if anybody noticed, I’ve got two more comics on the main list! Starting tomorrow, I’ll be recording updates on both Mysteries of the Arcana, a relatively new (as far as I can tell) webcomic based in some part on tarot cards, and Union of Heroes, a photowebcomic that I had actually found myself getting into before I forgot about it *headdesk*.

First on the list today is Irregular Webcomic. It seems a little odd to me, starting out at ‘I’, but I can’t argue the hand I’ve been given. Anyways, today’s comic really amused me. All three nations that have been noticed are trying to lay a claim. Personally, I’m betting the President of the USA is going to win this argument. A roar is worth a thousand words, after all.

In Misfile, I have to say that I normally wouldn’t expect those particular issues to be so unwanted. But with Missie being so pushy and Emily already having gotten the full tour of Harvard and associated Boston school, I do think that it isn’t exactly surprising. Except… maybe Ash will actually bend to Missie’s will, here? It looks like his/her will is a little shaky here…

Okay, I’m almost certain that I just forgot to check this yesterday. That would be No Need for Bushido, where my curiosity has been mostly appeased. She does have a backup plan. Several backup plans, actually, it seems. The one she’s going with right now is the Tao. What can it be but the cast’s favorite blind Taoist monk?

Okay, V seems to be being strongarmed onto the dark side. My question concerning it is very simple, but needs a bit of backstory. In previous pages, Vaarsuvius disintegrated a black dragon. So is this the same one as before?

SMBC was funny again! It’s not too often that somebody can actually fulfill their deathwish- and just about everyone’s considered how they want to die at least once- but not only is this man accomplishing that wish, but he’s pinning murder on those women and committing slow suicide that he can’t get out of at the same time!

S*P was amusing. At the very beginning of the comic, Monette announced her lesbianism, with some difficulty. Not difficulty admitting it, just difficulty not screwing guys. But she has long since gotten a girlfriend, who, it seems, feels like Monette is somehow restricting her masculinity. Yeah, it’s weird.

The Noob Comic updated, and it seems like it’s the final dash to the finish line. Everybody who’s anybody wants to get in that killing blow on the dragon, although Sir Bob’s guild has had to once again appease their white mage. Of course, I have to throw in the guess that Ohforf will somehow make the kill himself, in an accidental yet truely epic way.

Alright, I’m a bit late again, but that’s mostly because I’ve been continuing celebrations.

Speaking for which, CAD is up again, and it looks like, for once, it’s not going with a Winter-een-mas centralized theme. Instead, Ethan is busy getting his new store up and is trying to bribe the person that’s helping with renovations with… well, just see for yourself. All I can say is that it looks like that GameHaven is going to survive only because of Ethan’s usual amount of raw luck.

Girly is also up, with a down-your-throat lesson on how it’s bad to define yourself using pop culture. However, comedy was saved thanks to good old-fashioned foot/ass contact.

Goblins was just a charge. No dialogue, barely any notice of any major characters, just a necessary continuation of the last page. Plus, it kind of reminded me of the movie Prince Caspian.

Irregular Webcomic is back to going through everyone’s reactions to being technically dead, but the ‘Fantasy’ reaction really isn’t all that funny. Mostly, I just didn’t get it.

Misfile confused me. After all that complaining regarding being “naked” in the dress (and therefore uncomfortable), suddenly she’s really excited about showing off how she looks in the dress.

SMBC gave a classic “be careful what you wish for” theme in a new, distinctually sexual setting. Hey, I thought it was funny, at least.

Last but not least, S*P is up as well. Er… well, actually maybe it is least. I really didn’t understand what was happening, myself.

Alright, it’s another Sunday bunch, so let’s get started.

For once, I’m going to excuse the huge amount of new Sillies. Why? Because it’s officially Winter-een-mas, that Christmas knock-off dedicated exclusively to gamers. It’s also a week long, so get out your wiimotes, controllers, headsets, and PSPs and begin the festivities!

Irregular Webcomic confuses me today. Isn’t absolutely everyone supposed to be in the infinite featureless realm of Death?

Let Boredom Reign has finally updated, and should continue to do so. I won’t make comments on it, though, since I happen to be a little bit biased.

Order of the Stick was funny. The imp returns, despite Bogsby’s Finger, and tries to partner up with V. They have a long exhaustive conversation involving this, and, just when V seems to be willing, he tries to obliterate the temporarily green little freak. Brilliant.

SMBC was… mediocre. Can’t really say it any other way. Physical representation of a manifestation of lust at the wrong time, yada yada, and the votey was crappy.

Wow, this is actually a relatively odd bunch. Funny bones were working overtime last night, it seems so I’ll just get in a start.

CAD has finally gotten to that oh-so-important issue- how will they explain to their friends that they are, in fact, already married? The decision that was made is that they won’t. Lilah has decided that they’ll simply have another wedding with all of their friends and family so that they can be a part of the joyous occassion. This time, at least. Personally, I think it’s more likely for Ethan to blow the whole thing in a single glorious screw-up. In the meantime, he is using props to help him study for learning how to run a business- a futile attempt it seems, since he puts aside his “Business for Dummies” book in exchange for a “Business for Dummies for Dummies” book.

Girly is simply… strange. Er. StrangER than usual. The new girl on the scene is viciously attacking Winter with Winter’s own oddity and explaining its history. And in other news- Albatross.

Irregular Webcomic seems to just be cycling through all of the different casts to show each different reaction to the whole “world ending” thing. Today it’s the martians, who assume that it was the earth boy’s doing just to foil them. And then the punchline comes. Of course, it’s not very funny unless you know the history of it.

Misfile… yeah, still confused. Naked and nude are two positions that I will choose not to strain my mind to understand, thank you very much.

Order of the Stick was enjoyable. Vaarsuvius grabs and evicts a pest on his island. And it occurs to me how unique some of his spells are. I mean, what other wizard knows “Bugsby’s Expressive Single Digit”?

Last and, yes, probably among the least, is SMBC. A hooker comes up to a guy and tells him that she will do things that his girlfriend won’t. She has the guy make a list of things that his girlfriend will do, but she is disgusted by the list. What did the guy write down? Check out the votey yourself.

It’s not often that I start out so far down the list, but whatever. Thursday update is here and decent.

Irregular Webcomic featured the Mythbusters pair, which is always amusing because of the way the writer so heavily stereotypes them. Their mission? Attempt to prove the myth that the universe was created in seven days.

For Misfile, all I really have to say is: “Yeah, me too.” What really is the difference between naked and nude? Doubtless, Missie will explain it next page, though. In the meantime- Ash’s confused face is so amusing.

SMBC was amusing. Atheist Hell, where the devil provides bad arguments for why he exists! MWAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHA *starts coughing*

Something Positive was kind of funny, and by my best guess, Jason is going to go to the therapist, if only out of guilt. I mean, if Aubrey had actually tried to force him, then he’d be able to fight back. Now he wants to fight back, but there’s nothing to fight back against.

S*P 1938 actually updated today, something I don’t think I’ve ever personally seen. Babies and alligators. The idea of the combination amuses me.
