At last I return! -insert evil laughter here- To be honest, it really should have taken less time to come back. However, I am notorious as a procrastinator. My New Year’s resolution was actually to deal with this very real issue. As such, I spent most of the day yesterday reading webcomics and managed to finish off the list today. So yeah, I spent a few weeks avoiding two days of entertaining reading material. See why I have to get this fixed?
Oh, right. On the list itself, I now have two new (and they are still fairly new) comics on my list- Counterfeit Nickels and Peebles Lab. Because I’m reviewing the most recent page of every comic on my list today, I’ll put in my two cents about those today as well. In addition, as of right now, every comic on my list is considered to be off hiatus until further notice. You know, except the one that I wrote way back when.
+1 Comics
This is a pleasant little… holiday filler page. It looks like the logo was implemented as an ornament on the tree, but I don’t think it was done so very well.
Amazoness!
Cyrene’s- wait a second, this is my first comment on this comic, isn’t it? Man, it’s been awhile. I’m pretty sure that I had a whole list of things to say about it, but my memory doesn’t span the months very well. Summary, then. I like this comic, and especially the characters. They’re a lot of fun to follow around. However, therein lies a small issue. Except for a few extremely distinctive characters, I tend to have issues with telling the characters apart. Having everybody wearing the same clothes kind of has that effect on me. Not to mention that I’m not good at recognizing greek names.
Anyways, Cyrene’s spying antics still haven’t failed to amuse me. Something suggests that she should feel some shame over this sort of thing, but that doesn’t seem to be the case
Back on Earth
So Javis is now buddies with a badger? I’m not sure if I’m understanding this. Most badgers that I’ve met would be furious at the idea of being thrown, for whatever reason.
The Book of Biff
I was a little bummed when I found out that this was only a ten-second loop, but hey, it’s an animated comic! And with a pretty cool theme, too.
Bunny Pandemic
I’m pretty sure that “defenestrate” means “kill”, but honestly, I’m a little worried about looking it up. It sounds too much like “defecate” for me to want to take that risk. …Nevermind, it means “throw out the window”. Assumably of a very tall building.
Concession
Tiny furry peoples. That is all.
Counterfeit Nickels
New comic on board. And while I’ll give it at least two weeks, I honestly don’t see it getting very far beyond that. The style of it reminds me too much of Matter of Fact. Plus, there isn’t really a comic page navigation system so much as there is a list of comic pages. If you want to read the previous page in the comic, you have to click the link to that page- there is no button that will always bring you to the page previous to the page that you’re viewing. If that’s hard to understand, just check it out and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
You know, I’d never actually thought of this before. Besides magic (which as we’ve seen from the witchburnings in the past does not mix well with Christianity), how does Santa supply all of these toys?
Ctrl+Alt+Del
The demon and half-assed angel are something that I’m used to now. What I’d like to see more often is the other people nearby wondering what the hell the advised person is doing talking to himself or, even better, where the hell that tiny demon and angel came from.
Cyanide and Happiness
He should find a competent magician…
Eben07
I honestly have less of an issue with Bernard’s outfit than I do Eben’s. Seriously, what the hell?
ErfWorld
That’s what happens when you allow zombies to retain some individuality. They react as they normally would to events.
Game Destroyers
Uh… Fig came from Wackytown. There’s no way the Stevens would have any effect on him.
Girly
Ah, yes, the classic equation- person+awesome stuff=awesome person. Not all that interesting for me, honestly.
Goblins
Wow, so Fumbles wasn’t the first goblin to come up with that idea. I wonder what level she is, then. And what class.
Goodbye Chains
I guess that the life of Banjo’s horse means more to Banjo than his own life.
Hero
I think I’m lost. I don’t see how cats are relevant at this point.
Heroes Inc.
What can I say? I prefer the sprites.
Irregular Webcomic
Yeah, release from eternal torment is usually considered to be a pretty good deal.
Lead Paint
I want to hug this comic. It’s not very often that I actually see reasonable criticism of these movies besides: “OMG TWILIGHT!” and “twilite movies suk @ss”, and the set-up for it was brilliant in its own right.
Life’s a Witch
Another X-mas filler page. Alright, then.
Luke Surl
A graph joke. And it happens to be one of the 80% of graph jokes that I do not understand.
Misfile
I had to go out of my way to share this page. Rumisiel blurting out Ash’s male opinion on girls during Halloween was just too funny.
Mysteries of the Arcana
Chrys seems to have occasional issues with taking the situation into account.
No Need For Bushido
Awesome, the farmers are doing well! This is just about the right time for something else to go horribly wrong.
The Noob Comic
Gender imbalance is obviously alive and well. Just in different ways now.
Order of the Stick
I’m not exactly sure what happened between the last two frames on this page. It’s bugging me.
Our Last Gasp
New Year’s filler. Which might actually be more annoying than X-mas filler.
Peebles Lab
Peebles Lab is kind of similar to xkcd, as it’s a stick figure comic. It’s also a math/science comic. It’s also very difficult for me to understand. There is no plot, I haven’t seen anything particularly funny so far, and since, again, it’s a stick figure comic, the art isn’t worth paying attention to. Uh… sorry. I’m compelled to be honest.
I didn’t get what the joke was until I saw the alt-text. Turns out that these stick-people are supposed to be famous scientists.
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal
Yeah, the problem with slippery slopes is that most people have some degree of stubbornness. Either things stop or they get used to them changing.
Sluggy Freelance
It’s a dinosaur. What more do you expect me to say?
Something Positive
This sort of thing is precisely why I refuse to have cherished childhood memories.
The SuperFogeys
Yeah, I’m not too crazy about the joke on this page.
Union of Heroes
Aaaaand we’ve got another X-mas filler page.
xkcd
Fact: Reality is not as easy as fiction

For the information of whoever checks this out, I will not necessarily be restricted with my updates. Simply give the name and perhaps the link of whatever webcomic you want me to look at, and depending on what’s going on in my life and the length of the comic archive, I should be recording its updates within a week.
Thanks for reading,
SoySauce
